Residents must be ready to make the changes in their lives necessary to transition to independent living. We do not discriminate based on age, color, creed, or ability to pay. We need to know about any criminal, mental illness, or substance abuse history in order to best connect those people to the resources necessary for rehabilitation. These will not be impediments for acceptance.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept registered sex offenders. The application for residency requires 1-2 days for processing as well as an interview process.

The application can be downloaded below as well as the house rules. Remember to be honest; we need to know where you came from so we can get you to where you want to go. Most of our policies ar based on common sense and respect for others. Some rules are as follows:

• You will be expected to live on the grounds here and will need permission to leave for an emergency, personal business, or otherwise before doing so, and return by the time agreed upon.
• Personal calls may be made from the house phone twice per day and your family may come to visit you once per month, and when necessary and made known in advance to the director of the house.
• You may not enter another resident’s area without permission. Theft is not tolerated.
• Alcohol is not allowed as this is equally prohibited for residents on probation, parole, or in rehab (except for Holy Communion)
• No controlled substances in your room unless they have been prescribed by a physician and after advising the Staff. Narcotics will be kept and distributed by the senior staff member.
• You may not use foul or offensive language or make bigoted comments on the property.
• No jeans or tank tops. T-shirts with suggestive or inappropriate designs or writing may not be worn on the property.
• Only approved jewelry or earrings may be worn. Normal dress is sweatpants and t-shirts. You will be provided them if you do not have them. Black dress pants may be worn to chapel.
• You must show respect for the clergy and fellow residents.
• No cell phones and laptops in your room without prior permission and according to the rules for having such.
• Keep your area or appointed space neat and clean, do your laundry when assigned; maintain good hygiene.
• Lights and televisions are to be off by midnight.
• Any income must be reported and you will be informed of how much should be contributed to the community.
• Spiritual/beneficial reading is encouraged for all residents.

Once the application is recieved arrangements will be made for an interview. During the interview we will assess your needs and answer any questions about what will be expected of you here. If our facility is full you will be put on a waiting list. Applications can be sent to our address or by e-mail, fax, postal  mail, or in person.
